A Transformational Investment in Houston Youth

F.M. Law Park is many things to many kids: a home away from home: a welcoming destination, a place to learn, a safe haven. F. M. Law Park ensures that Houston’s youth has access to affordable golf, regardless of their family income.

As of 2024, First Tee serves over 350,000 youth annually and is made up of 40% female golfers. We are paving the way for the next generation!

Let’s Hear From the Students of First Tee

The First Tee at F.M. Law Park became my second home. I was there almost every day, especially during the 2020 Pandemic. I learned the 9 Core Values and how to get along with other kids. I even developed my social skills and applied the 9 Core Values at home and school. Most of all, I learned that a well-mannered and a well-behaved golfer is better than all the birdies and eagles a golfer can make in his lifetime. In gratitude for First Tee and its coaches, I now volunteer.”
