Rob Chisholm

Rob Chisholm is the Board Chair of the HGA board. Previously, he was Managing Director, Public Securities on the Energy Infrastructure Equities team for Brookfield Asset Management from October 2018 until February 2022. Before joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Chisholm was a Principal and Senior Portfolio Manager in Center Coast Capital Advisors L.P. since its inception in 2007. Prior to forming Center Coast in 2007, Rob worked in the Energy Investment Banking Division of Morgan Keegan and was Senior Project Analyst at Enbridge Energy Partners, LP where he analyzed midstream MLP mergers and asset acquisitions. He also worked at Koch Industries in the Capital Markets, Hydrocarbon and Midstream Groups. Rob and his wife, Jessica, chaired the Annual First Tee Luncheon in 2021 & 2022 and have been longtime supporters of the HGA Scholarship Fund. Rob earned his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and has a BBA from Texas Christian University.

Raleigh Wolfe

Raleigh Wolfe is Secretary, Audit, and FIRM Chair of the HGA board. He is currently the General Counsel of Infinity Natural Resources. Prior to that, he was an attorney at Vinson & Elkins, LLP for over 10 years, advising clients on corporate transactions, including capital markets, securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters. He is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, and holds a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University and a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University.

Patricia Booker

Pat Booker is the Vice Chair of the HGA board of directors. In addition, she is a trustee of The First Tee. She holds a BA (with honors) and an MA from St. Joseph College. She served in the role as Ed. Diagnostician where she trained Diagnosticians in new test instruments and in state and federal compliance issues. Pat was a member of the Parent Forum at The John Cooper School and served as an officer in the National Charity League. She participated in various committees at The Club at Carlton Woods. She is a member of the River Oaks Women’s Association. At UH she is a member of a select group in the Ezekiel Cullen Society and a member of the Board of Visitors. At Saint Joseph College she is a member of the Founder’s Circle. She is a board member of The Booker Family Foundation. She and her husband, Mike Booker, have been past Honorary Chairs as well as past Honorees of the Annual Luncheon for First Tee-Greater Houston.

Ashton Radvansky

Ashton Radvansky is currently an Investment Banking Vice President at Jefferies LLC, focused on Midstream Energy M&A. A native of Houston, TX, he first became involved with the Houston Golf Association as a junior golfer when he was 12 years old and was awarded ‘Player of the Year’ during the 2014 season. Ashton started with First Tee when he was 6 years old and completed the program in full, through ACE-level certification. He was selected as the keynote speaker during First Tee’s 2020 luncheon at River Oaks Country Club. Ashton attended Strake Jesuit College Preparatory for high school and Bucknell University for college, where he was a four-year varsity golf letterman at each institution. At Bucknell, Ashton graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a BSBA in Finance, while achieving both Dean’s List and Patriot League Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll each semester. Ashton was Co-Chairman of the Freeman College of Management Advisory Board and was the Men’s Golf Team Representative for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Before joining Jefferies LLC, Ashton began his career at TD Securities as an Investment Banking Analyst.

Anna Peikert

Anna Peikert joined the HGA board in 2023 and serves as the Philanthropy Committee Chair. She is a business owner, entrepreneur, and philanthropist who began her career in consulting working with global technology and management consulting firms. Her current business, Crossbell Ventures, aspires to make investments and develop partnerships that are both meaningful and positively impact our community, and is primarily focused on real estate developments in both the commercial and residential real estate markets. Anna is a seventh-generation Texan originally from south of San Antonio and holds a B.S. from Texas State University.

Brian Conner

Brian Conner joined the HGA board in 2023 and serves as Governance Chair. He is currently a Managing Director and the Global Co-Head of Energy Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience and has executed over 100 transactions involving aggregate consideration in excess of $250 billion. He holds B.S. in Business with an Accounting Concentration from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

James Casey

James F. Casey joined the Board of the HGA in 2023. He is currently a Vice President within Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, where he is responsible for sourcing and executing capital markets and M&A transactions across the traditional and low-carbon energies landscape. He has 15 years of finance and accounting experience, having previously held various energy finance positions at Credit Suisse, Hess, and Deloitte. He is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and holds a BA in Accounting from Auburn University and an MBA from Rice University.

Christina Stritzinger

Christina Stritzinger is a director in management consulting at KPMG, LLP. She works with financial services clients to enhance business processes/ways of working, products, and technology to deliver business transformation. She is a University of South Carolina alumna, where she studied finance and public relations. Christina is a lifelong golfer and has volunteered as a coach with the First Tee (Charlotte and Greater Houston chapters) for more than 10 years. Christina is excited to help the HGA sustain and expand its positive impact on kids all across the Houston area as future “game changers” who will move the world.

Mark Miller

Mark W. Miller is currently a Partner with Troutman Pepper Locke LLP, where his law practice focuses on business transactional matters, with special emphasis on energy and real estate-related projects and contracts. He is also co-chair of the firm’s Construction Practice Group. He has practiced law and been an HGA member for over 30 years. Mark is a Michigan native and adopted Texan, having moved to Houston in 1971. Mark attended Rice University, earning a BA in Geology in 1985. Mark was a four-year letterman on the Rice tennis team and was co-captain his senior year. He received his law degree, with honors, in 1991 from the University of Texas School of Law. Mark is a former President of Westwood Golf Club. Mark and his wife Jennifer have two teenage daughters.

Andy Bynam

Anderson (“Andy”) Bynam is a Managing Director in the Public Finance Group at Mesirow Financial. Andy heads Mesirow’s Houston office, and he focuses on servicing the firm’s clients in the State of Texas and other states across the South, the West, and the Mid-Atlantic. Andy has over 35 years of municipal finance experience. During his career, he has served as lead banker on financings totaling over $100 billion for governmental entities in Texas and other regions of the nation.

Andy began his public finance career in 1989 as a bond lawyer with the Public Law Section at Fulbright and Jaworski in Houston. He moved to the banking side of public finance in 1992 when he joined Grigsby Brandford & Co. He has also worked in senior banking roles for Siebert Brandford Shank and Citi before joining Mesirow in 2012.

Andy has also been involved in a variety of civic and charitable activities for the last three decades. He currently serves on the boards for non-profits including Every Texan, Texas Water Trade, and Jazz Houston, Inc. He is an active member of the Princeton Alumni Schools Committee for the Houston area. He has previously served on the boards for the Houston Area Urban League, the Municipal Advisory Council, the Midtown Management District, the Greater Houston Area Red Cross, and the Community Artists Collective.

Andy is an avid golfer, and he also plays tennis and enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter. Andy earned a BA from Princeton University and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law.

Michael Kaufman

Michael Kaufman joined the HGA Board in 2025, after serving on the HGA Philanthropy Committee since 2023, and is the Golf Committee Chair. A native Houstonian, Michael’s connection with HGA dates back over 25 years to his participation in Junior Golf tournaments. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager in the Commercial Bank at Woodforest National Bank.

While Michael’s career has largely been in Commercial Banking, he also spent five years in the golf industry, where he helped launch TRUE linkswear, a golf footwear manufacturer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) with a focus in Finance from Tulane University.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Golf remains a lifelong passion, and he looks forward to helping others discover the game and the invaluable life skills and connections it offers.

Gaynor Shireffs

Gaynor Shirreffs joined the HGA board in 2025 and has served as President of Chevron Asset Retirement Company since June 2023. In this role, she oversees Chevron's global work in asset retirement, on and offshore decommissioning, site remediation and reclamation, and environmental management. Gaynor began her Chevron career when she joined Upstream Europe from Halliburton in 2004 as a safety specialist based in Aberdeen, Scotland. She has since held numerous Operational Excellence and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) leadership positions of increasing responsibility, both in the business and within the HSE function. In 2014, Gaynor was appointed HSE organizational capability manager in Upstream Capability in Houston, Texas. Subsequently, she held HSE manager roles for the Drilling and Completions function and Project Management Company (PRC), prior to assuming the HSE lead for functional transformation in 2019. She then assumed the role of General Manager of Operations, Strategic Planning, and Risk in Chevron Technical Center and was responsible for leading operations, strategic planning, and risk activities for the global HSE function. Gaynor earned a BA (Hons) in Business with Law from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland, in 1997. She went on to complete her professional diplomas in Health & Safety Management, Risk Management and Technical Safety, and Major Accident Hazard Management. She is a fully Chartered Safety Practitioner. Gaynor is happily married to Scott and has two busy boys, Thomas (18 years old), who is heading to SMU, and Taylor (14 years old), about to go to high school. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling when possible and playing not nearly enough golf.

Gene Rubio

Gene Rubio is a Partner at Navitas Commodities with more than 21 years of experience in the commodities industry, spanning trading, business development, and brokerage.

Before joining Navitas Commodities, Gene held key roles at J.P. Morgan, EDF Trading, and OTC Global Holdings, where he developed a strong foundation in trading strategies, market structure, and commercial energy operations.

Gene holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Texas Southern University.

Caroline Vérot Moore

Caroline Vérot Moore joined Regions Bank in April 2024 and serves as Commercial Banking leader and market president for Greater Houston. Prior to her current role, Vérot Moore held leadership roles as Greater Houston market president with Amerant Bank and Houston market executive at Fifth Third Bank.

Vérot Moore earned a graduate degree in Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (EDHEC) in Lille, France, and obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. She completed the Chase Credit Training Program and is a CFA charterholder.

Deeply committed to the Houston community, Vérot Moore serves on the board of the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Houston Golf Association, and Patrons for Bellaire Parks. Vérot Moore is a member of the Greater Houston Partnership’s Executive Women Partnership. She was named Houston Woman Magazine’s 50 Most Influential Women of 2024, a 2023 Woman Who Means Business by the Houston Business Journal, a 2022 Breakthrough Woman by the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and a 2022 Global Leader of Influence by the World Affairs Council.

Charles Stein

Charles Stein is currently an External Affairs Director at AT&T. He has nearly a decade of telecommunications industry experience spanning policy, marketing, entertainment, and logistics. In 2021, Charles led the collaboration with First Tee Greater Houston that launched an AT&T Connected Learning Center at FM Law Park Golf Course. He previously directed student financial aid programs at Rice University and the University of Houston. Charles is a United States Navy veteran and a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He holds a B.A. in Communications and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston.
