HGA Junior Golf has finalized its exemptions and added a qualifier for the 85th Texas State Junior Championship.
Those already accepting exemptions due to their play during the 2011 HGA Junior Golf competition season are:
Benjamin Arnett, Mario Carmona, Zachary Bell, Parker Rodgers, Nick Brown, Kyle Rogers, Matt Digoy, Ashton Radvansky, Katharine Patrick, Kallie Gonzalez and Greta Bruner.
Exemptions will also be handed out at the first two Performance Series Events of 2012. Those exemptions will be awarded as follows:
PSE #1 - Augusta Pines Golf Club - Spring - June 4-5
Boys 15-18 Champion / Boys 12-14 Champion, Runner-up / Girls 15-18 Champion
PSE #2 - S. Shore Harbour / Magnolia Creek - League City - June 18-19
Boys 15-18 Champion / Boys 12-14 Champion, Runner-up / Girls 15-18 Champion
Boys ages 15-18 will also have an opportunity to qualify for the State Junior during the first round of the Week 7 PSE Tournament at The Clubs of Kingwood (Forest Course). A minimum of three spots will be awarded at the end of play on Day 1. CLICK HERE to sign up today.
